CatalytIQ Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 43 687 144 494) ("CatalytIQ Systems", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information we collect

How we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Disclosure

Contact form submissions (your name, email address, organisation, service area and message) are received and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. We share personal information only where needed to deliver our services or run the business: for example with accounting, email and hosting providers, with professional advisers, or where required by law. Some of these providers, including Google, may store data outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure the information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. See our Security page for how we handle client data.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing anil.nagaraju@catalytiqsystems.com.au. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
